It's a toss between American n cheddar cuz I use both but, I'll pick American. You can make grilled cheese best with it!

Swiss seems to be winning the popularity contest here! Do you usually pair it with ham, or do you have another favorite combo?

Used to be with ham but kidney disease cannot have it anymore. Like it with turkey and mustard, tuna melt, melted on eggplant, and in my black bean burrito. I mostly keep Swiss in the house. I do eat and like mozzarella, mild cheddar, cream cheese, provolone.
