April's Awareness Month

The month of April may be synonymous with April Fool’s Day, but did you know in the US it’s also known as Stress Awareness Month? It's a time dedicated to raising public awareness about the causes and effects of stress and promoting healthier ways to manage it.

Stress is known to contribute to a variety of health issues, including heart disease, anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders, and the observance aims to promote self-care strategies to help improve overall well-being.
