I found out a few weeks ago that I have Diabetes 2 and I am hoping that someone on here has suggestions for easy meals that I can make at home. Or maybe
online resources. There is a lot of information on the internet. I just want to find 10 or 15 meals that will fit into my new situation. Any information will be appreciated.
