Fundraising with Pride
Dressed to impress in their western best, Elaine Kennedy and Patty Orr weren’t just cheering—they were making history! In 1936, these Thomas Jefferson High School Lassoes sold Texas Centennial coins to help build a State Museum. A little school spirit, a little Texas pride, and a whole lot of charm—now that’s fundraising done right! We’d love to hear about your high school memories—share them here!
