Hey folks!

So last night, I fell down one of those classic internet rabbit holes and ended up watching this amazing video about the best breakfast foods from around the world. Let me tell you, it was delicious. From Turkish menemen to spicy chilaquiles in Mexico, it had me drooling and dreaming of a world tour powered by breakfast alone.

It also got me thinking about my own breakfast routine. For me, nothing beats a classic plate of scrambled eggs, toast, and a side of crispy bacon. Oh, and coffee—a giant, soul-reviving mug of coffee. It’s simple, satisfying, and keeps me fueled for the day. But hey, that’s just me!

What about you? Are you a pancake-and-syrup loyalist? Maybe you’re a cereal kind of person or someone who goes for something savory like avocado toast or leftovers from last night’s dinner (no judgment here!).

Share your go-to breakfast below, and let’s swap ideas—we might just inspire each other to try something new tomorrow morning! 🥞🍳☕

I MUST start with my one cup of coffee .I don't get hungry till a bit later and I usually just have one thing for breakfast, cereal,or bagel, waffle,French toast or one of something else.however when I have a monthly breakfast date w 2 girlfriends at a restaurant, thats when I make a total hog out of myself!

My favorite breakfast is a bowl of grits with an egg plopped in, microwaved and then topped with cheese. When I can find it, I cut up a smoked sausage link with jalapeño peppers in the sausage and mix that in as well. Any other grits lovers?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, IF you are a kid! I'm 67. I'm up about 7:30. I'll have a glass of water. About 11 or so I have a protein shake. Then I'm good till about 5pm
