My go to pick me up is flowers of any kind. I especially enjoy picking out my spring plants for the porch and yard.

Adorable! Yesterday, I almost shed a tear just thinking about how my little nephew's face lights up when he sees me. My heart!

Walks with my dog and playing with my cat. No matter how bad a day I may have had, they both bring me so much joy that just melts away any anger, frustration, anxiety, despair, disappointment, etc. I may have faced that day.
