Hey GrayViners!

Imagine you could sit down for dinner with any historical figure. Who’s getting the invite, and what’s on the menu?

Would you pick a great thinker, a legendary leader, or maybe someone with a few good stories (and an even better appetite)?

Personally, I’d go with Mark Twain. The man had a wit sharper than a steak knife, and I’d love to hear his unfiltered take on today’s world over a big plate of something Southern. Plus, you just know he’d have a pocket flask and a few stories he definitely shouldn’t be telling.

How about you? Who’s pulling up a chair at your table, and what would you ask them? Drop your picks below!

Cheers!

I would love to have dinner with Leonard Bernstein. His ability to explain music to children, made a lasting impression on me. His exhaustive immersion in writing, performing, and conducting would be an incredible conversation to have with him

Easy question! I would love to sit down and share a dinner with Jesus! We would have a Wendy’s Big Dave’s Double Cheeseburger with some fries and a Coke. I would listen to Him speak with me about His youth and His adult life. I would love to hear what He had/has in mind for my life. This would be such an informative and spiritual experience. AMEN and again I pray AMEN! ✝️🫨☺️

I would share a meal with Jesus and ask him why a “loving” god as he proclaimed the nature of God to be, would create an opposite (i.e. fear) to himself? Is God One or is God dualistic?
