For my 75th birthday, my children have surprised me with a trip back to my hometown with my grandson who has never seen my hometown. He is a city boy all around and where we’re going in Pennsylvania is nothing but woods. I think he’s gonna have a great time and I am also going to have a great time. I haven’t seen my family in seven years. I am really looking forward to this trip.

New endeavors are safely catching feral cats in my neighborhood and getting them fixed by UCAN Nonprofit Pet Care Clinic. Sad the people neglect and abandon animals. My trap has been successful

I am growing micro greens in my garden window in the kitchen for the first time. I love to experiment. I am also going to grow Begonias from bulbs I bought and pot them up for the porch. I love to garden!

My grandson and I are driving to yellowstone and going to explore for a week. Then he will fly home. I'm driving the Alcan highway in honor of my mom. Driving to Skagway, where I'll meet up with my son to ride the Alaska ferry back down to Bellingham. Then just haven't decided yet. Aside from when I'm with my son and grandson, I'll be camping. Yay !!

I am happy, happy for you. Enjoy !!

We have a pool and quite a few grandkids. So I am looking forward to family times all summer. We also love baseball. We love our local team.

What a thoughtful gift from your children—happy early 75th birthday! That trip sounds absolutely wonderful, and I’m sure your grandson will treasure the experience just as much as you will. Enjoy every moment!

What you’re doing is so admirable. Thank you for caring for those cats and taking the time to help them. It’s heartwarming to know there are people like you making a difference in their community. 💓

Getting my hands dirty! If only my clay soil would dry out.

That sounds like such a lovely setup! Micro greens in the kitchen and begonias on the porch—what a cheerful combination. Gardening truly brings so much joy, doesn’t it?

There's something so satisfying about getting your hands in the dirt—when the weather cooperates, at least! Here’s hoping your soil dries out soon so you can get back to it!

That sounds like a summer full of fun and family! Pool days and baseball games, what could be better? Wishing you all lots of laughter and sunshine!
