General Discussion Thread 04.21.2025

Well, that’s a wrap on Easter, folks! I hope your weekend was packed with a healthy dose of questionable choices, a sprinkle of family (or friend) chaos, and just the right amount of “Wait, did that really happen?” moments. If your Sunday looked anything like mine, it was a whirlwind of chocolate, too much wine, and that annual tradition of pretending I have any clue how Monopoly works. (Spoiler: I don’t, but I’ll still argue about Free Parking like it’s life or death.)

But let’s shift gears here—what about YOU? I know someone out there had an Easter so wild it’s begging to be shared. Maybe it’s a legendary egg hunt gone wrong or an Easter Bunny costume that’s now burned into your family’s collective memory. I live for these stories, and honestly, I think we all need something to laugh about while we recover from our chocolate comas. This General Discussion Thread is created just for you, so feel free to engage with your fellow members!

What’s the funniest Easter story YOU can share with us?

I used to Love getting my karge extended family together for Easter. We would typically grill burgers and settle in to watch our varied aged kids decide who would "hunt"eggs and who were too old for it and those older ones would proudly hide the eggs... hardly ever had anyone u happy with their chosen job that day. On one occasion there were many very small kids and so We shifted gears and got our basket full of (old fashion) boiled- dyed eggs and proceeded to use them as baseballs.** Batter up! Swing the bat splatter an egg ... run!. Everybody still laughs a dremembers that as a truly ra Dom Easter activity...
