Hey GrayViners!

Let’s talk daily routines—the good, the bad, and the “how did I end up doing this every day?” kind.

Here’s the question of the day: What’s the one thing you want to change in your daily routine and why?

I'll go first (deep breath): I’d really love to stop checking my phone before I’m even out of bed. Just once, I want to greet the day before I greet the news, the emails, and that one group text that never sleeps. It’s a tough habit to break, but I’m working on it!

Now it’s your turn. Big change or small tweak—what would you switch up in your daily routine?

Let’s share, swap ideas, and maybe even inspire each other to try something new this week. 😊 Drop your answers below!

Cheers!

Thoughts of suicide and how others would be better off without me. These things live right in front and up close and personal and on my mind, practically 24/7.
I would like to be in a place where I’m not bothered about this garbage anymore. Who knows what my future holds.

I would like to get my cat to sleep till at least 4 am. He gets me up at 3am as that is when I had to get up when I was working. I started work at 5 am.
Also trying to wear my pants full time. Since I retired in November I wear sweatpants all the time unless I go to the store or doctors than I wear pants.

I really would like to retire, again. This working at 83 years old is for the birds.
Thank you so much for sharing @Flhusker ! Working at 83—what an incredible testament to your strength and dedication. But yes, we hear you loud and clear… retirement again sounds very well deserved. Here’s hoping you get plenty of time soon to relax and do more of what makes you happy. You’ve certainly earned it!
