Happy Friday, dear GrayViners!

I hope your morning’s off to a cozy start! Have you had breakfast yet? For today, I had something simple: a slice of toast, a hot drink, and some eggs just the way I like them (sunny side up, if you’re curious!).

Now, I wanna know—how do you like your eggs? Scrambled with cheese? Hard-boiled and sprinkled with salt? Maybe poached if you’re feeling fancy? Share your answer in the comments below! It'd be fun to learn if we have the same preferences.

I like eggs any way you wanna serve them! Scrambled with Chorizo and Queso Fresco, Poached and served with butter over Grits, Coddled, Basted, Over Easy, Sunny Side up, Boiled, Egg Salad, but my most fave is Sakshika---a simmered tomato base with eggs simmered on top..........sooooo yummy and easy to make!

Anyway someone fixes them is my favorite. Over easy, sunny side up, hard boiled with salt on each half, soft boiled, scrambled with tomato slices and strips of bacon and cheese, butter basted omelette with different things like mushrooms green onions etc. I’ve never had eggs Benedict yet but I’m up for anything!
