Happy hump day, dear GrayViners! How’s the weather where you are?

Summer’s just around the corner — and with those sweltering days creeping in, a cool treat can feel like heaven on a spoon. So tell me, what ice cream flavor would you reach for? Chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry ripple, or a good old-fashioned Neapolitan?

When I was a kid, I always went for classic chocolate. Then came a strawberry phase. But as I got older, pistachio won me over and it’s been my go-to ever since.

What about you? Would you stick with your childhood favorite, or try something new? Share your favorites in the comments below!

I would choose vanilla because so many variations can be added. But Blue Bell came out with pineapple one summer and it was fantastic.

I want Butter Pecan as my first choice. The Rocky Road. Anything with chocolate and nuts is a winner.

I was strictly a vanilla girl, but after I grew up, I found my favorite is Coconut, plain Coconut.

I have several different flavors. Some from childhood and some more recently.
Chocolate, vanilla bean. More recently I love butter pecan and cookies and cream.
Though not ice cream, I love orange and lemon and lime sherbets.
All are yummy yummy in my tummy tummy! Wish we could get out for a cone or dish RIGHT NOW!
I‘m all in for natural popsickles! Hmmm

When I was little I loved chocolate. Then as I got older basically anything chocolate goes but rocky road is my top choice. Than utter pecan, coffee and pistachio .
Now with my medical issues I cannot have any.

Me too but as long as I maintain my diet I should be okay. I have stage 2 kidney disease. If I keep with the diet my numbers stay the same and I should be fine and not go for dialysis which is stage 5 or kidney transplant. I miss a lot of foods that I love. I love my sweets but that is a no no. Stay well and eat healthy .
