I Love Criminal Minds, too! Some of the episodes really stick with you, don’t they? You’ve got a great list there—Castle and Crossing Jordan are solid picks. I haven’t seen Manix yet but Columbo is such a classic. There’s just something about those older mystery shows that still holds up!
Yes they do. One episode that. Sort of recall is Reid was in the hospital with a brain injury and was still trying to solve the case from his bed in the hospital.

No, not yet. I’m new to writing anything down about myself because I’m afraid of someone else ‘seeing‘ what I have been through right there in black and white. It’s probably silly thinking but that’s where I’m at presently. I’m realizing that if I set one day a week on Sunday I feel more like I can continue journaling. What do ya think about that?
That doesn’t sound silly at all @Gayle B. — it's completely understandable. Writing things down can feel incredibly vulnerable, especially when you’ve been through a lot. But I think setting aside one day a week, like Sundays, is a beautiful idea. It gives you space to ease into it at your own pace. Journaling can be such a powerful way to process things, and even just a little at a time can make a big difference. I’m cheering you on—you're doing something really brave. ❤️
