I have not heard of any babies or young children with names like Janet, Karen, Debra, Theresa, Jean, Butch, Dick, Norman, Oscar, or Gilbert.

I’ll start with my own name, which is Gloria. There are very few Glorias’ around. There was Georgia and Joanna, Monica,

That’s such a wonderful collection — so many names that were everywhere at one point! Thank you for taking the time to share them @Hazeleyes . I notice some like Deborah, Carole, and Eileen feel quite rare these days, while others like Ryan or Jason are still around but not as common as before. Do you think some of these will circle back into fashion, or do they feel very much tied to a certain generation?
I am sure that some will come back because some generations like naming their children after grandparents or when there is a junior or senior that they want to keep the name going on for generations.
