Good call—curtains can be much easier to clean than people think. Just toss them in the wash!

Blinds......I've had both and find blinds are much easier to clean.

Blinds definitely win on the easy-to-clean front! Dust and done—no fuss.

We are wishy washy on this topic. Our bay window has electric shades. More like battery operated. Just push the remote to raise or lower the 3 sections of windows.
Except for the bedrooms, the rest are blinds. We hung blackout curtains in our bedroom and regular light curtains in the other 2 bedrooms. I told you I was wishy washy. As long as we have batteries, I would stick to the shades. They are a lot easier to keep clean by just dusting them off.
