Hey, GrayViners! 👋

Before the day starts buzzing, grab your coffee and think about this—if you could only eat one type of cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be? 🍜🍕🌮

Would you go for Japanese or Chinese, the comforting flavors of Italian, the bold spice of Indian, or the smoky goodness of Mexican? Maybe you’d stick with the hearty warmth of American classics or the fresh, zesty balance of Mediterranean food.

It’s a tough choice, but we’re curious: which cuisine could you never give up—and why?

To the flavors that make life a little tastier,
Sophia

I would go for old southern stick to your ribs food. Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast maybe and just good home cooking.

Italian, without a doubt!! A local restaurant makes a dish called "Basilicata" with penne pasta, spicy Italian sausage....I just can't order anything else when I dine there. It is my favorite food!

I love Chinese food and could live on it if I had to. I love the crunchy spring rolls, egg rolls, Combination Lo Mein with extra shrimp, Goo Goo Gai Pan, Shrimp with lobster sauce. You have to find the right restaurant that makes all of these dishes shine.

I love food in general but have to say my favorite is Mexican food. I never get tired of Tacos or Enchiladas. The hard part is finding a restaurant that serves great Mexican food. Salsa is the deciding factor. If I don’t like their version of Salsa usually I don’t care for their food.

I can live on American food forever! There’s a huge base with American food and cooking styles. Mac and cheese, different types of burgers with a variety of add ons like mustard or tomato. Onions and pickles. There is an endless ways to fix potatoes. Many recipes to fix meats and vegetables. Different kinds of bread and beans, etc. American food has many different flavors. It’s too wonderful to pass it up for anything else! YUMMY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY TUMMY 😋

Chinese - they eat a variety of vegetables, noodles, rice and meats - all cooked differently boiled, baked, fried and stir fried. Fresh produce is used in a large number of their recipes; not too many sweets are served.
