Grew up with the TP going under. I never thought it’d make sense.
Since leaving the home of my parents, I’ve done it the right way which is hang it going over! Lol

It is designed to roll over. If you feel the tube inside, it is rolled the opposite direction of the paper. The tube was designed to roll smooth with the paper rolling in the over position. They showed that to us in the Charmine Paper Plant where it is made. Years ago i drove an 18 wheeler and did pickups at paper mills. It’s amazing what you learn when you are in one of those plants. I dont recomend you go to a Chicken Plant though.
