Hash Browns Casserole

This is a quick, filling and not too costly for dinner, brunch, etc.

Ingredients: Large bag (32 oz ) frozen, shredded, hash browns
1lb lean bacon
Small onion, minced
1lb bag shredded, cheddar blend cheese

Preparation: Lay out hash browns to defrost completely, drain if need be
cut bacon in half and saute until browned and cooked, drain grease off
Mince one small onion set aside
Lightly grease a large casserole

Now, lay out fully thawed hash browns onto casserole dish, top with minced onion, shredded cheese and finally top with bacon, crumbled into smaller pieces. Bake at 350 until golden brown, hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
