Nature’s Spotlights
Years ago, I came across the Japanese word komorebi, which describes the way sunlight filters through trees, creating beautiful patterns of light and shadow on the ground. It’s one of those words with no direct English translation, but it perfectly captures moments like this. Looking at this picture, I can’t help but think of that word and feel a sense of wonder—the branches twist and turn, almost like they’re dancing, each one full of life, with nature’s spotlights streaming through.
