On New Year's Eve, we always stay up past midnight, at least I do. Sometimes my wife dozes off..
So we'll be up watching a recording of people in New York braving the elements at midnight (we're on the West Coast). I'll have a glass of single malt and be snacking from a charcuterie tray.

That's my idea of a great NYE celebration!
