Not Quite A Doll, Not Quite An Action Figure

They were small, round, and always seemed to bounce back. This cheerful little toy from the 1970s had a face you couldn’t forget and a jingle that’s probably still stuck in your head: “Weebles wobble but they don’t fall down!” 🎶

That’s right—this little character is one of the classic Weebles, the wobbly toys known for their rounded bottoms and unshakable charm. Not quite a doll, not quite an action figure, but something wonderfully in between. Did you have one as a toy for yourself, your child, or a grandchild? Share your stories in the comments!

We didn’t have Weebles growing up but my husband and I loved the commercials and as we now have serious mobility issues we frequently use their jingle and laugh our butts off! Only if both of us are NOT on the floor again, that is! Lol

My youngest sister played with them as a child. Being her big sister, I would get down in the floor with her and play with them, too.
