Is this the best costume ever or what? This little guy’s dressed as an actual hot dog—bun, mustard, and all—and he looks absolutely thrilled to be the star of Dino’s Hot Dogs. How many would you like? I’ll take one, please, with a side of cuddles and belly rubs!
