Unbelievable new McDonald's sauce has fans baffled – is it even real? Find out now!

McDonald's has once again captured the attention of fast-food enthusiasts with a saucy surprise that has left many fans scratching their heads in disbelief. As this iconic menu item makes its much-anticipated return to the golden arches, it's not coming alone.

This year, the seasonal sandwich is accompanied by a bold new offering that has the internet abuzz, waiting to get their hands on this limited-time menu item. Mark your calendars, dear readers!

Starting from the week before the McRib's official comeback, slated for Tuesday, December 3, McDonald's is set to release half-gallon jugs of its exclusive”Whole Lotta McRib Sauce” priced at $19.99.

This limited-time condiment has sparked a frenzy among the McRib faithful, with some questioning the reality of such an audacious move. “Is this real?” asked one incredulous foodie on social media, echoing the sentiments of many who couldn't believe their eyes.

McDonald's has confirmed that this is no hoax. “The McRib is more than a sandwich – it’s a part of culture, it’s a legend, it’s an event,” McDonald's marketing executive Tariq Hassan states. “McRib SZN is a holiday unto itself, so we wanted to embrace that spirit and give fans an even bigger way to celebrate this year with A Whole Lotta McRib Sauce.”

The internet's reaction has been a mixture of excitement and sheer curiosity. Comments range from ecstatic declarations like “Best news ever!!!!!!” to practical plans for the sauce, such as “I could make real rib sandwiches with it.”

The McRib's cult following is evident, with one fan proclaiming, “I cannot wait until this comes back; this is literally my favorite McDonald’s sandwich of all time. I will be eating these literally every day until the limited time is over.”

For those eager to drench their meals in this legendary sauce, mark your calendars and set your alarms. The jugs of McRib sauce will be available exclusively online through McDonald's official website, with the sale commencing on Monday, November 25, at 10 a.m. ET.

Given the buzz, it's expected that supplies will not last long. But the McRib sauce isn't the only treat McDonald's has up its sleeve this holiday season.

Patrons can also indulge in the fan-favorite Holiday Pie, savor an all-new frappe flavor, and, in select markets, try the Chicken Big Mac and Spicy Chicken McNuggets. However, just like the McRib and its accompanying sauce, these items are here for a good time, not a long time.

I was so shocked when I bit into the McRib, because the meat tasted nothing like any meat I've ever tried. I'm not able to think of a descriptive word for it.......maybe fake cardboard. I also ordered it with no onions and it was slathered with onions. The main reason I didn't like it was I just couldn't get passed the taste and texture they were calling meat.
