What’s one thing you want to tell yourself today?
Hello, GrayViners! I usually begin my day with a quick mindfulness practice. I sit down, take a deep breath, and reflect on how I’m feeling—am I a bit sad? Excited for the day? Maybe a little anxious about something I need to do later? Then, I grab my journal and write down something I need to hear, like “You’ve got this!” or “Keep your spirits up!”
