What are you grateful for this year?

For me, I'm grateful for all the new friends I have made! While I've always been an extrovert, I'm always happy to connect with others. This year also pushed me out of my comfort zone multiple times, so I have been forced to think on my feet and make snappy decisions without regretting any of them. Still, I feel truly blessed because I grew as a person, and everything I've been through this year has made me stronger. I am so grateful to each and every one of my friends and all that they teach me on a daily basis – including each and every one of you.

So please, if you feel comfortable doing so, I'd love to read what you're grateful for in the comments below!

I am very grateful, that after a year and a half, I can say I am in remission again. Thank you Lord...

I am grateful for my first year of retirement, however unaffordable it may be! The greater gratitude is for my beautiful little granddaughter who has charmed me completely. It may sound obvious or even corny but I had come to believe this would not happen in my life. Son #2 proved me wrong. We moved further north to be closer to her and my two sons. At age 69, I bought my first home. It is small in a small rural park and perfect for our simplified needs. I am forever grateful for my siblings and nieces who all have a place in my mind and heart. My general good health is appreciated to allow for all of the above.

Since retirement,i was able to take the time to go over my whole apt and find stuff to get rid of ,rearrange, and experiment with re organization .a relative and a thrift store motivated me to make these changes and a guy friend helped with cleaning bathrm and oven.i still make changes every day and I'm so happy with how my apt is shaping up I've become a real homebody!

I am so thankful for my new church and church friends who I have met this year! So thankful for my deeper walk with God!

I am grateful to have had another year of marriage to my husband of 52 plus years! It has been a true pleasure and blessing! I am grateful for my Heavenly Father. I am grateful to live in the USA! I am grateful for having been able to serve in the US Air Force! 🙏🏻 ♥️ ☮️ 🫡 🇺🇸
