PARADE
As kids we walked to a main street to watch parades. There was an old blue postal box on the corner. My older brother stood beside it. I sat on top holding my younger brother on my lap. It was a great place to be above other viewers to get the best view possible. In later times we were in the marching bands and participating in the parade itself. I never miss the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade or the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day. Brings the line to mind,
