Here’s something to ponder: Would you rather always take a hot, steamy shower or a cold, invigorating one?

I’m proudly on Team Cold Shower—it gives me a jolt of energy and leaves me feeling refreshed and alive, no matter the time of day!

How about you? Do you lean into the soothing warmth, or that icy burst?

l am cold-natured to begin with so l always take a hot shower. l also have arthritis in my lower and upper back so the warm hot water makes it feel so much better
