Hello GrayViners,

Here’s a cozy little question to spark your thoughts today: Would you rather always shower in the morning, or always at night?

There’s something refreshing about starting the day with a warm rinse, but I know plenty of folks who swear by a nighttime shower to wash away the day’s worries before bed.

Which team are you on—morning splash or evening unwind? I’d love to hear what works best for you!

Love to take a shower before bed. When I worked, I took one in the morning and one at night.

It totally depends on what I'm doing on any given day. If I'm working in the yard and getting all sweaty and feeling nasty got to have a shower as soon as I finish what I'm doing.
If I've been sitting around doing pretty much nothing the shower can probably wait.

Growing up we always had to bathe at night. Then when I was 17 I worked at a gas station early, and from there straight to work at a movie theater so I took showers at night when I got home. Before my recent retirement I worked for the city in a vehicle repair shop so I took shower at night to get all the dirt and grime off of me.
I took showers in mid afternoon in mid 80’s when I was a horse trainer for precious perfect who was killed in Belmont racetrack stable back in 1986.

It depends on what I’ve done that day. If I was out in the field or mowing on the tractor, I definitely shower at night or as soon as I was finished. If I’m going to my office job, I’d shower in the morning. On the way home during the fishing season I changed clothes at the end of my work day and headed to a nearby lake. I brought home a few Walleyes. As soon as I finished cleaning them I took a shower. They were grilled outside by my husband when he got home. I definitely needed a shower as soon as I cleaned the fish.

I generally like before bedtime, but sometimes morning is necessary if meeting someone important first thing

Always in the morning, it helps wake me up and get a better start to my day!

My pet peave is people showering in the AM. I want to get up and start my day. I can sleep an extra 30-45 minutes by showering before bed. I feel clean and fresh to fall asleep. If in a multi family waiting for the shower in the morning, wastes sleep time. jump up, get dressed and get your day started.
