I am diabetic so it is really bad for me but, once in a while I indulge. I have to plan my day to incorporate my Mac & cheese. It must be baked also, not frozen or boxed.
I usually have it once a week.That’s such a wholesome and nourishing choice — simple, satisfying, and full of flavor!
