Banquet Beef Pot Pie, cottage cheese and cut tomato. Garlic salt on the tomatoes, Lemon Pepper on the pot pie and Salad Seasoning on the cottage cheese. Yum!!

A well done baked Mac & Cheese! Love the browned crispy edges!
Or a bowl of Angel Hair Pasta with spaghetti sauce with cheese sprinkled on top.
Or something my mom made, beef lamb and pork cubes called City Chicken. Roll all pieces of meat in seasoned flour. Put pieces on a skewer and fry. Delicious!

Baked mac & cheese. I am diabetic so it is really bad for me but, once in a while I indulge. I have to plan my day to incorporate my Mac & cheese. It must be baked also, not frozen or boxed.
