What’s a food you didn’t like as a kid but genuinely enjoy now?
Tastes change over the years. Maybe it was broccoli, olives, or something as bold as blue cheese. What once made you wrinkle your nose might now be something you look forward to at the dinner table.
For me? It was mushrooms. As a child, they reminded me of rubber and rain. These days, I sauté them in butter and garlic and consider them a little treat.
